MEDITATION & MANTRA

 

I would like to practice the further steps of the eight paths of Ashtanga Yoga together with you, f.ex. Pratyahara, Dharana und Dhyana. You can take the opportunity on Friday evenings after the evening class: We withdraw our senses (Pratyahara) together and in the end we recite a mantra.

You want to participate? Please adapt the starting time of your practice so you finish at around 8 p.m. The session will then last until 8.30 p.m. latest 9 p.m.
